With over 40 years of experience in real estate, Danny Kimble’s journey began with his service in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he learned the values of discipline, commitment, and perseverance—principles that have guided his successful career in real estate. Since transitioning from military service, Danny has become a trusted professional in the real estate community, assisting clients with navigating the complexities of purchasing and selling homes, investment properties, and real estate transactions.
Danny holds a California Real Estate Broker License (#00857929) and Mortgage Loan Originator Endorsement (#969479). His extensive expertise spans residential home sales, mortgage lending, land, and investment property sales. He is well-versed in apartment and commercial loans, private money lending, real estate acquisitions, sales, exchanges, rentals, and investment projects. His deep understanding of real estate investments has made him a go-to advisor for investors looking to maximize net worth and cash flow.
Throughout his career, Danny has also served in leadership roles, including past president/owner and former manager of real estate and mortgage loan companies. He currently works as a Government Affairs Director for the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP), where he advocates for veteran homebuyers and sellers. Additionally, he serves as a Governmental Key Contact for the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR), and was the 2016 CAR Region 14 Chair. In 2015, Danny was named REALTOR® of the Year by the Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS®, and he also served as President of the association in 2014.
Danny holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing and Sales, from Devry University.
